Right after payment, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to upload your stems or Pro Tools session — no account needed on your end. Once your files are received, your project goes into the queue, and you'll get your finished work by email when it's done.

What's the difference between Mix, Master, and Mix & Master?

What's the difference between Standard and Express delivery?

Express delivery adds $50 to any service and moves your project to the front of the queue for a faster turnaround. Standard delivery is completed within 3 business days, and Express delivery is completed within 1 business day.

How do I send you my files?

After checkout, you'll get a link to upload your stems or Pro Tools session directly — no account required. We recommend including stems (individual tracks) rather than a bounced-down file whenever possible, since that gives us the most flexibility to get the best result.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept WAV and AIFF stems, along with full Pro Tools sessions. If you're sending a Pro Tools session, please include all referenced audio files and any relevant plugin/print notes.

What will I receive when it's done?

Finished files are delivered in WAV and MP3 by email, along with notes on what was done during the session.
