Right after payment, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to upload your stems or Pro Tools session — no account needed on your end. Once your files are received, your project goes into the queue, and you'll get your finished work by email when it's done.

Mix is a full hybrid mix using analog gear and precision digital processing — this is for a track that isn't mixed yet and needs all its elements (vocals, drums, bass, instrumentation) balanced and polished together.Master is the final high-end polish applied to an already-mixed track, optimizing loudness and clarity so it translates well across every playback system.Mix & Master is both, done seamlessly together as one unified process, for a track that needs the complete treatment from raw stems to a release-ready master.If you're not sure which one you need, [Contact us / a short note on how to decide] and we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Express delivery adds $50 to any service and moves your project to the front of the queue for a faster turnaround. Standard delivery is completed within 3 business days, and Express delivery is completed within 1 business day.

After checkout, you'll get a link to upload your stems or Pro Tools session directly — no account required. We recommend including stems (individual tracks) rather than a bounced-down file whenever possible, since that gives us the most flexibility to get the best result.

We accept WAV and AIFF stems, along with full Pro Tools sessions. If you're sending a Pro Tools session, please include all referenced audio files and any relevant plugin/print notes.

Finished files are delivered in WAV and MP3 by email, along with notes on what was done during the session.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure checkout.

There's no meaningful size limit on your end — full multi-track sessions and stem packs are welcome. If you run into any trouble uploading, reach out and we'll help sort it out.

You'll get a confirmation once we've verified your files opened correctly, typically within one business day of upload. If you don't hear from us within that window, feel free to follow up.
